Ocean Panel members’ combined exclusive economic zones (EEZs) span nearly 60 million km² of ocean. Sustainably managing these waters will help protect and restore ocean ecosystems while supporting the people, livelihoods and economies that depend on them.
100% Approach
Since 2024, 12 new countries have adopted the Ocean Panel's ‘100% Approach’ through the 100% Alliance as well as through the Yaoundé Declaration.
