COVID-19 \u5927\u6d41\u884c\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u636e\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u6d77\u6d0b\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8d21\u732e\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u603b\u589e\u52a0\u503c\u7684 2.5% \u548c\u8d85\u8fc7 3100 \u4e07\u4e2a\u76f4\u63a5\u5168\u804c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u4e4b\u540e\u5bfb\u6c42\u91cd\u65b0\u8c03\u6574\u548c\u91cd\u5efa\uff0c\u6d77\u6d0b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5728\u523a\u6fc0\u63aa\u65bd\u4e2d\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\u4e86\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5f53\u4eba\u4eec\u8003\u8651\u5230\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u5bf9\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u7834\u574f\u6027\u5f71\u54cd\u65f6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5168\u7403\u523a\u6fc0\u548c\u6062\u590d\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u6765\u91cd\u65b0\u8c03\u6574\u548c\u91cd\u5efa\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u66f4\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u3001\u66f4\u516c\u5e73\u548c\u66f4\u6709\u5f39\u6027\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9002\u5408\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4efd\u7531\u6d77\u6d0b\u5c0f\u7ec4\u59d4\u6258\u7f16\u5199\u7684\u65b0\u62a5\u544a\u201cCOVID-19 \u5371\u673a\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u84dd\u8272\u590d\u82cf\u201d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53ca\u65f6\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u8def\u7ebf\u56fe\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u4e94\u4e2a\u4f18\u5148\u7684\u84dd\u8272\u523a\u6fc0\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u673a\u4f1a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7acb\u5373\u6295\u8d44\u523a\u6fc0\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u73b0\u6210\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u91ca\u653e\u6025\u9700\u7684\u6551\u6d4e\u548c\u590d\u539f\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u9002\u5408\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u672a\u6765\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6d77\u6d0b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2020 \u5e74 9 \u6708 16 \u65e5\u4ee5\u6570\u5b57\u65b9\u5f0f\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u7279\u522b\u62a5\u544a\u201cCOVID-19 \u5371\u673a\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u84dd\u8272\u590d\u82cf\u201d\u4ee5\u6570\u5b57\u65b9\u5f0f\u53d1\u5e03\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u8d44\u6e90\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u201c\u5927\u521b\u610f\u4ed8\u8bf8\u884c\u52a8\u201d\u64ad\u5ba2\u4e2d\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wri.org\/podcasts\/what-sustainable-ocean-economy\">&#8216;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wri.org\/podcasts\/what-sustainable-ocean-economy\" target=\"_blank\" Solberg\uff08\u632a\u5a01\u603b\u7406\uff09\u548c Tommy Remengesau Jr.\uff08\u5e15\u52b3\u603b\u7edf\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f5c\u8005\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u62a5\u544a\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9605\u8bfb\u8be5\u62a5\u544a\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u8005\u7684 WRI \u535a\u5ba2\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c&#039;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wri.org\/blog\/2020\/coronavirus-ocean-blue-recovery\" target=\"_blank\"
