COP28 \u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u7126\u70b9\u5c06\u662f\u5404\u56fd\u5982\u4f55\u5229\u7528\u5168\u7403\u76d8\u70b9\u62a5\u544a\uff089 \u6708 23 \u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\uff09\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u7ed3\u679c\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u5c06\u6c14\u6e29\u4e0a\u5347\u9650\u5236\u5728 1.5\u00b0C \u7684\u5168\u7403\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8fd9 <\/span>\u6700\u65b0\u6d77\u6d0b\u5c0f\u7ec4\u59d4\u6258\u62a5\u544a<\/span><\/a> \u5c55\u793a\u4e86\u6d77\u6d0b\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e00\u76ee\u6807\u65b9\u9762\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u6325\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5230 2050 \u5e74\uff0c\u6d77\u6d0b\u6c14\u5019\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u8fbe 35% \u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u51cf\u6392\u91cf\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c06\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u6e29\u4e0a\u5347\u63a7\u5236\u5728 1.5\u00b0 \u4ee5\u4e0b<\/span>C\u3002\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u867d\u7136\u6d77\u6d0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u673a\u4f1a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u4f46\u968f\u7740\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u6301\u7eed\u52a0\u5267\uff0c2023 \u5e74\u6d77\u6d0b\u6e29\u5ea6\u5c06\u8fbe\u5230\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u70ed\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u91c7\u53d6\u7d27\u6025\u63aa\u65bd\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d77\u6d0b\u5065\u5eb7\u514d\u53d7\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\u4ece\u672a\u5982\u6b64\u8feb\u5207\u3002<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5728 COP28 \u7684\u4e24\u5468\u5185\uff0c\u5404\u79cd\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4e00\u4e9b\u503c\u5f97\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u4eae\u70b9\uff1a\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n
