L&#039;initiative adopte une approche multisectorielle, travaillant \u00e0 travers les zones de conservation; d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique; s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et oc\u00e9an; oc\u00e9an et territoire ; et le d\u00e9veloppement scientifique.
