La Jama\u00efque aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/mfaft.gov.jm\/jamaica-will-accede-to-an-agreement-to-combat-illegal-unreported-and-unregulated-fishing-minister-campbell\/\">ont annonc\u00e9 qu&#039;ils adh\u00e9reraient<\/a> \u00e0 l&#039;accord dans les mois \u00e0 venir. Ces d\u00e9veloppements signifieront que chaque membre du Groupe de haut niveau pour une \u00e9conomie oc\u00e9anique durable (Groupe oc\u00e9an) s&#039;engagera envers le premier accord international juridiquement contraignant pour lutter contre la p\u00eache INN.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Accord sur les mesures du ressort de l&#039;\u00c9tat du port emp\u00eache les navires pratiquant la p\u00eache INN d&#039;utiliser les ports et de d\u00e9barquer leurs prises. Il contribue donc \u00e0 dissuader les activit\u00e9s ill\u00e9gales et emp\u00eache les produits de la p\u00eache issus de la p\u00eache INN d&#039;atteindre les march\u00e9s nationaux et internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;activit\u00e9 de p\u00eache non durable est l&#039;une des plus grandes menaces pour les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins car elle sape les efforts nationaux pour prot\u00e9ger la biodiversit\u00e9 marine. Elle menace la capacit\u00e9 de l&#039;oc\u00e9an \u00e0 se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer et \u00e0 subvenir durablement aux besoins de ceux qui en d\u00e9pendent le plus pour leur alimentation et leurs moyens de subsistance. Cela peut m\u00eame conduire \u00e0 l&#039;effondrement de la p\u00eache l\u00e9gitime, la p\u00eache \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle des pays en d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rable. La mise en \u0153uvre de cet accord est reconnue comme une action prioritaire dans le cadre de l&#039;Ocean Panel <a href=\"https:\/\/oceanpanel.org\/fr\/the-agenda\/\">programme d&#039;action pour les oc\u00e9ans, Transformations,<\/a> pour s&#039;assurer que les aliments de l&#039;oc\u00e9an sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re durable et \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leslie Campbell <\/strong>du minist\u00e8re jama\u00efcain des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et du commerce ext\u00e9rieur <a href=\"https:\/\/mfaft.gov.jm\/jamaica-will-accede-to-an-agreement-to-combat-illegal-unreported-and-unregulated-iuu-fishing-minister-campbell\/\">not\u00e9 que la Jama\u00efque a un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier<\/a> dans la lutte contre la p\u00eache INN, y compris l&#039;action collective au sein de l&#039;Ocean Panel.
