L&#039;annonce intervient \u00e0 un moment crucial alors que les dirigeants mondiaux se r\u00e9unissent \u00e0 Lisbonne, au Portugal, pour la Conf\u00e9rence des Nations Unies sur les oc\u00e9ans.
