Le plan, actuellement en cours d&#039;\u00e9laboration, suit les lignes directrices de l&#039;Ocean Panel pour parvenir \u00e0 une gestion durable des oc\u00e9ans 100% gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une large participation et consultation des parties prenantes, y compris les peuples autochtones et les communaut\u00e9s locales. Les communaut\u00e9s ressentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 les impacts positifs de l\u2019\u00e9laboration du plan, et d\u2019autres b\u00e9n\u00e9fices s\u2019attendent \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019il est mis en pratique. Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis associ\u00e9s, le Plan pour un oc\u00e9an durable du Mexique souligne la valeur d&#039;une coordination efficace entre les minist\u00e8res gouvernementaux, ainsi que d&#039;un suivi et d&#039;une priorisation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arri\u00e8re-plan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le Mexique dispose de cadres juridiques, r\u00e9glementaires et administratifs complets li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion des c\u00f4tes et des oc\u00e9ans. \u00c0 la crois\u00e9e de ces instances, le gouvernement a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une \u00ab Commission interminist\u00e9rielle pour la gestion durable des mers et des c\u00f4tes \u00bb (CIMARES). L&#039;objectif de la Commission est de coordonner les actions des agences gouvernementales impliqu\u00e9es dans la cr\u00e9ation et la mise en \u0153uvre de politiques nationales li\u00e9es \u00e0 la planification et au d\u00e9veloppement durable des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res et oc\u00e9aniques du Mexique. Ses principaux objectifs comprennent l\u2019augmentation de la production issue des oc\u00e9ans tout en garantissant la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale, la promotion de la transparence et de la participation du public \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision, ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et l\u2019harmonisation du cadre d\u2019action intergouvernemental et intersectoriel.<\/p>\n<p>In establishing a national Sustainable Ocean Plan, Mexico faced three challenges:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Manque d&#039;int\u00e9gration\u00a0:<\/strong> L&#039;int\u00e9gration entre les secteurs \u00e9tait insuffisante et des efforts plus importants \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour relier la gestion de l&#039;environnement, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de l&#039;\u00e9conomie afin de garantir une r\u00e9glementation efficace.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manque de coordination:<\/strong> L&#039;action dans les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res n&#039;a pas suivi une approche concert\u00e9e, ce qui signifie que des efforts disparates pouvaient parfois avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur les initiatives voisines.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>Contexte national complexe :<\/b> D\u00e9finir une politique nationale globale adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chacun des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers et marins du Mexique ainsi qu&#039;aux communaut\u00e9s qui en d\u00e9pendent pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fis tout aussi uniques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"featured_media":5098,"template":"","class_list":["post-5695","case_study","type-case_study","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>&quot;Mexico&#039;s Inclusive Ocean Plan: A Sustainable Future - Ocean Panel&quot;<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Discover Mexico&#039;s inclusive Sustainable Ocean Plan, integrating environmental, social, and economic aspects for 100% sustainable management.
