La prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et l&#039;identit\u00e9 culturelle du pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es par sa gestion durable des ressources marines et son engagement \u00e0 sauvegarder la sant\u00e9 et la biodiversit\u00e9 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes oc\u00e9aniques.<\/p>\n<p>Le Plan pour un oc\u00e9an durable du gouvernement norv\u00e9gien met fortement l&#039;accent sur les approches int\u00e9gratives et \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques pour parvenir \u00e0 une gestion durable des oc\u00e9ans 100%. La Norv\u00e8ge donne la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la combinaison de la production durable de la mer avec la protection des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins, y compris leur structure, leur fonction, leur productivit\u00e9 et leur diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2002, la Norv\u00e8ge a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des \u00ab Plans de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des oc\u00e9ans pour les zones maritimes norv\u00e9giennes \u00bb pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sous forme de livres blancs au Parlement norv\u00e9gien. L&#039;objectif des plans de gestion est de fournir un cadre de cr\u00e9ation de valeur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation durable des ressources naturelles marines et des services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques, tout en pr\u00e9servant la structure, le fonctionnement, la productivit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Les plans de gestion sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mis \u00e0 jour et encouragent une coordination plus \u00e9troite entre les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes et des priorit\u00e9s claires pour les zones marines norv\u00e9giennes. Ils augmentent la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 et facilitent les relations entre les industries qui utilisent les zones marines et leurs ressources naturelles. Depuis le lancement de l&#039;Ocean Panel, les plans de gestion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour en 2020, lorsqu&#039;un livre blanc a rassembl\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois les plans de gestion des trois zones oc\u00e9aniques de Norv\u00e8ge afin de parvenir \u00e0 une gestion durable des oc\u00e9ans 100%. Les activit\u00e9s de chaque plan de gestion sont r\u00e9glement\u00e9es sur la base de la l\u00e9gislation existante r\u00e9gissant diff\u00e9rents secteurs. Les diff\u00e9rentes autorit\u00e9s sectorielles sont responsables de la mise en \u0153uvre des mesures \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans les plans de gestion, en vertu de la l\u00e9gislation pertinente qu&#039;elles administrent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le pays lancera son \u00ab Plan int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour les oc\u00e9ans durables \u00bb en 2024<\/strong>, qui adopte une \u00ab approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique \u00bb de la gestion des oc\u00e9ans. Le gouvernement norv\u00e9gien a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que le prochain plan norv\u00e9gien de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des oc\u00e9ans qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Parlement constituera le Plan norv\u00e9gien pour les oc\u00e9ans durables.<br \/>\nLe Plan sera mis \u00e0 jour tous les quatre ans, int\u00e9grant de nouvelles connaissances et relevant de nouveaux d\u00e9fis.
