Extrayendo lecciones de \u00e9xitos y fracasos anteriores, el documento identifica los impedimentos existentes en la pol\u00edtica y la pr\u00e1ctica y establece un conjunto de pasos y principios rectores para lograr una gesti\u00f3n integrada de los oc\u00e9anos con \u00e9xito. Eval\u00faa las oportunidades actuales para acelerar el progreso y el impacto de estas oportunidades en el empleo y la equidad.<\/p>\n
