addressing climate change, using the findings from the Ocean Panel\u2019s landmark<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">report, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oceanpanel.org\/es\/publication\/ocean-solutions-to-climate-change\/\"><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">The Ocean as a Solution to Climate Change<\/span><\/i><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> as a basis for discussion.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Ocean Panel was represented by members of the UK government, along with the Indonesian Ambassador to the UK.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The event spotlighted seven core areas where ocean-based solutions can reduce greenhouse gas emissions, by as much as 35% annually on a 1.5C pathway by 2050.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li
