La mayor parte de su ZEE tiene una abundante biodiversidad y puntos cr\u00edticos de agregaci\u00f3n de peces, que son fundamentales para sustentar las econom\u00edas costeras locales y las pesquer\u00edas nacionales e internacionales. Gestionar estos recursos naturales con las partes interesadas locales es un desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiji ha aplicado un enfoque basado en ecosistemas para garantizar que el NOP considere la salud de los oc\u00e9anos, la productividad y la resiliencia de los ecosistemas oce\u00e1nicos y las interacciones con las personas.<\/strong>.
